When you contact us, either via online form or call, we will provide you with an offer over the phone. For this, we will need to know the vehicle REGO (if any) or the make, model and year, as we base our price on those factors. If you are happy with the offer, then we will buy it, easy as that.

The price we pay will depend on the vehicle‘s make, model, year and condition. Let’s put it simply, the more parts we can salvage, the more money you will get. Also, your vehicle model must be in demand as well. There are vehicles for which we pay $400, and there are vehicles for which we pay $10,000. The best way to know is to speak to us.

You will be paid in cash. We pay 95% of transactions in cash. However, if you like we can arrange for a bank transfer as well.

You will be paid at the time of the removal by the pickup person. If you are not available at the time of pickup, we can arrange a bank transfer.

Yes and no. To sell a vehicle to us, you either need to be the registered person or authorised to sell the car on behalf of someone else. If the car is not registered to you, we will need to speak to the person or some other way you need to prove you are authorised to sell. We do our due diligence (security, finance, other checks) for every single vehicle we purchase.

Yes, you can sell a vehicle with issues and faults. We do not purchase cars to resell, we recycle them. Thus, the fault, the registration, and the WOF are not of concern for us at all.

No, you do need to bring it in. However, if you like and your vehicle is roadworthy (has valid registration and WOF), you are more than welcome to drop it off yourself. We have multiple drop-off locations, so speak to our team.

No, the removal of the vehicle is free of cost. We do not charge for removal regardless of your location in , as we service the entire region.

We can remove your car from anywhere in the region as soon as in 1 hour. We have multiple tow trucks in all directions of and get one to your location in 1 hour. Please note, sometimes there may be delays out of our control, and you will be notified of any delays.

Nothing special happens during the removal of your vehicle. A tow truck driver will contact you and arrive at your site (we strongly recommend someone be at the site). The driver will pay you and start loading the vehicle. The removal takes an average of about 10-15 minutes, depending on the vehicle’s location in the house. Once loaded, the driver will leave.

After the sale, if the vehicle is still registered, then notify NZTA of the disposal of your vehicle. You can do it by visiting any NZTA agent like VTNZ or AA.

We bring your vehicle to our wrecking yard, where our dismantlers start working on it. We dispose of fluids and gas (a lot of regulations and bylaws there), and separate the reusable components of the vehicle, which can be resold. Separate the metal types and plastic, then send those to other relevant recycling companies. The whole process can take weeks to months, and at the end, we stop one more vehicle from ending up in a landfill.
